Jim was very easy to communicate with and plan a quotation visit. He created the tiling plan in CAD and shared with us the design. He discussed with us trim options and grout options to make sure we got what we wanted. He came on time and meticulously installed the tiles, completing exactly what he promised in the time he had said. He was very sure to advise us on how to clean up the tiles over the next week after he'd finished as the grout and silicon etc fully dries. It's now been a weak, the tiles are shiny clean, and we are very happy. He transformed and got the kitchen finally complete!
